The Z League's Vehicle Giveaway is a promotion where participants have a chance to win a 2023 Tesla Model 3. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this promotion.

The giveaway is open to legal residents physically located in the United States, Canada, or Mexico who are at least 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Z League, Inc., Realtime Media LLC, and their related companies are not eligible.

Yes, but minors must have permission and assistance from a parent or legal guardian to enter. The parent or guardian will be required to participate in the prize fulfillment process and agree to the official rules on behalf of the minor.

There are nine methods of entry listed in the Z League App. To sign Up for the Promotion, create an account on the Z League app or website, providing personal information. No entries are received for this step alone, but it enables participation in other entry methods.

Download the Z League App and Invite Friends:

Earn up to 500 entries by downloading the app, creating an account, and inviting at least five eligible friends. If more than five friends accept, earn an additional 100 entries per friend, up to a maximum of 1,000 entries. You and your invited friends should have the app and continue to use the Z League app used for at least 30 days post-promotion.

Redeem a Promo Code:

Receive 50 entries by redeeming a promo code from a content creator or streamer. This is a one-time method.

Reach Level 50 in Galaxy Glide:

Earn 20 entries for reaching level 50 in the game Galaxy Glide, up to 60 times, for a maximum of 1,200 entries.

Play Swish:

Get one entry for every ten Swish points earned, up to 300 times, totaling a maximum of 300 entries.

Play in Duos, Trios, or Quads Tournament:

Complete a tournament to earn 100 entries, repeatable up to 60 times for a total of 6,000 entries.

Play a Match for a Linked Game:

After linking a game to the app, playing a match earns five entries, repeatable up to 500 times for a total of 2,500 entries.

Purchase Additional Entries:

Buy entries in the Z League store: $1 for one entry or $10 for 20 entries, up to a maximum of 2,000 entries.

Membership Multiplication:

Purchase a Z League membership for an additional 10% entries on top of the purchased entries, up to 1,355 entries. Existing members are enrolled by default.

Alternate Mail-In Method:

Mail a 3x5 card with personal details and the chosen entry method to a specified address. Each entry must be mailed separately and received by specific dates to be eligible for up to 1,000 entries.

The overall limit for entries per person during the promotion period is 14,905, regardless of the method or combination of methods. Entries generated through automated means are void. Disqualification may occur for exceeding entry limits, using multiple accounts, or not complying with official rules.

There will be one winner selected through a random drawing on or around January 23, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by Realtime Media LLC, and the decision of the Sponsor is final.

The potential winner will be notified via an email to the email address associated with the App and via the App. We will reach out to the potential winner on or around January 23, 2024

If the potential winner cannot be contacted for up to five days after the announcement, is ineligible, or fails to comply with the official rules, they will forfeit the prize. An alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, up to three alternates. If these alternates are also ineligible, the prize will remain unawarded.

Winner may be required to take delivery of Vehicle from a designated authorized dealer within thirty (30) days after the date the Vehicle is delivered to the specified designated dealer, or the Vehicle may (in Sponsor's sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the winner. Otherwise, prize will be delivered directly to winner from Sponsor at a location and on a date selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. 

Yes, the winner will be solely responsible for all national, federal, state, provincial, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive.

The prize is a Tesla Model 3 with specific features and an approximate retail value of $38,990 USD. The vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, and any upgrades or options will be at the sole expense of the winner.

The prize is not redeemable for cash, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable or not possible to deliver to winner’s country

The promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. For residents of Quebec, litigation concerning the contest or prize awarding may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling or assistance in reaching a settlement.
